My aim in Gaze is to deconstruct the various methods of observation and participation within fashion images. The photographs in this series isolate yet integrate the primary elements of gender, wardrobe, nudity, and silhouette. They attempt to engage the viewer’s curiosity, luring him or her into a momentary visual escape from reality.
